Senior Videographer and Cinematographer

We are seeking a Senior Videographer & Cinematographer who blends creative storytelling with technical masteryto bring the world of real estate to life through the lens. The ideal candidate understands how architecture, design, and human emotion intersect — transforming every space into a story that inspires, connects, and sells. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of projects through cinematic property walkthroughs, lifestyle films, brand documentaries, and digital storytelling that break conventional patterns and set new benchmarks in visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise and execute visually stunning narratives that capture the essence of architecture, luxury, and lifestyle in real estate.
Innovate new shooting techniques, camera movements, and storytelling formats to differentiate every project — from teaser films to virtual tours.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to convert brand ideas into compelling visual campaigns that drive emotion and engagement.
Manage the end-to-end production process — from pre-visualisation, lighting, and framing to editing, grading, and final output.
Use advanced tools like drones, gimbals, and cinematic rigs to craft immersive experiences and perspectives.
Bring a filmmaker’s vision to each project — not just capturing buildings, but portraying the lifestyle, aspiration, and emotion they represent.
Stay ahead of trends in AI visuals, virtual walkthroughs, and experiential storytelling, applying them to enhance real estate marketing.
