Hr Recruiter (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit, experience, and expectations.

Maintain and update the recruitment database / ATS with accurate candidate information.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.

Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding formalities.

Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
