Entry-Level Fashion Designer / Design Assistant (Full-Time, In-Person)

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90021
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time (No Benefits)

As an Entry-Level Fashion Designer / Design Assistant at 4SI3NNA, you’ll work side-by-side with our founder and design team — gaining real, hands-on experience in how a fashion brand operates from concept to final product.

What You’ll Do

Assist the design team in creating seasonal collections, including sketches, tech packs, and color boards
Support the sample development process — from requesting and tracking samples to organizing fittings and feedback
Help maintain fabric, trim, and color libraries
Coordinate with production and design teams on costing, materials, and approvals
Prepare presentation materials and samples for market meetings and buyer reviews
Provide general administrative and project support, including scheduling, file organization, and cross-department coordination
Assist with special projects and design research as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For

Degree or education in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Entry-level (0–2 years) experience in fashion design, production, or related areas
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, proportion, and style
Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative
