Job Description
The Associate Transaction Services team at Cohn Reznick Professional Services supports middle market companies and private equity investors with financial due diligence assistance during buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial and business due diligence engagements
• Analyze historic and current financial information, summarizing and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets, etc.
• Prepare Excel data books and analyze revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities to identify key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts, etc.
• Coordinate among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India
• Build strong relationships with clients and target management
Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Excellent accounting skills and strong understanding of financial statements
• Ability to work independently and strong attention to details
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Data Analytics knowledge
