Our beautiful Studio Pilates Hudson Square is seeking an upbeat and proactive Sales Associate to join the team on a part-time basis.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will support the Studio Manager to drive the sales of the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will involve the following:

Follow Studio Pilates Client Retention strategies: phone calls, emails and text messages to clients
Perform follow-up calls to those who attended a Studio Pilates Orientation workout the previous day and those who need class pack renewals
Address voicemails
Invite members into free spots in your classes for the evening and the following morning
Studio Maintenance: restocking reformer wipes, reformer safety check, general studio maintenance
In addition to the above, you have the opportunity to be involved in Studio Pilates Hudson Square’s local area marketing initiatives which include approaching businesses, handing out flyers, and engaging face-to-face with the local community as requested by the Studio Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

As a Sales Associate, you must:

Be proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
Have an enthusiastic & outgoing demeanor, and a love for connecting with new people
Enjoy sales
Be resilient, able to handle rejection without taking it personally, and remain motivated to keep making calls and pursuing new opportunities.
Have the ability to effectively influence through connection, passion and charisma to turn a lead into a sale
Be passionate about Pilates
Be 18 years or older
Able to work 15-20 hours per week, in person when needed
Prior sales experience is a plus
