US healthcare Recruiter

About the Role :
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Noida . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for healthcare roles.
• This is an onsite, full-time position requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, extroverted personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, CRNAs and RNs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications :
• Minimum 6 months of experience in US healthcare recruitment .
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly extroverted and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).
• Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
• Experience using ATS and VMS tools.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
