Job Description / Responsibilities
• Develop and present interior exterior design concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed plans and 3D renderings.
• Select materials and color palettes.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
• Work closely with Design Director to develop architectural solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation
• Prepares architectural plans, elevations, sections and details
• High Performance Building design
• Data driven design and statistical analysis of design iterations
• Geospatial modeling
• Energy and daylight modeling
• Prepare Construction Documents
• Coordinate design efforts with multi-discipline team members
