Proprietary Desk Billing - Back office Executive (Broking Firm)

The role involves managing billing, reconciliation and operational activities related to the proprietary trading desk. The candidate will ensure accurate accounting, trade settlements, brokerage, calculations and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities : 1. Handle Day to day billing operations for the proprietary trading desk.2. Prepare and verify brokerage, transaction charges and statutory levies for trades executed.3. Coordinate with accounts, compliance, and trading teams for data validation and approvals.4. Maintain records of trades, brokerage slabs and payouts in system databases.5. Reconcile trades and ensure accurate posting in the back office systems.6. Track and process revenue / expense allocations related to prop trading.7. Assist in audit requirements and regulatory reporting8. Generate and circulate MIS Reports to management9. Identify process gaps and contribute to automation or process improvements

Experience in proprietary or institutional trading desk operations

Exposure to data reconciliation and MIS Reporting

1-3 years of experience in back - office operations , preferably in a broking or prop trading setupStrong understanding of equity and derivatives marketGood knowledge of billing , brokerage and trade settlement processes.
