Engineer | Product and Quality Control

As a skilled Product Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing product designs that align with our manufacturing processes, emphasizing both innovation and functionality. Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality control in production and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production. Your ability to uphold our standards of excellence and cost-efficiency will be key in this challenging yet supportive environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product designs that integrate well with our manufacturing processes
- Ensure innovation and functionality are at the core of all designs
- Maintain quality control in the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production
- Uphold standards of excellence and cost-efficiency
• Qualifications Required:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Design Engineer in the manufacturing industry
- Strong proficiency with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and other CAD software
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design functionality
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing techniques

In addition, experience in the Genset and Sheet Metal industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Genset design and manufacturing is also beneficial.
