Project Engineer (Electrical)

As a Project Engineer - Electrical at our contracting company in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for supervising and managing electrical installations at group housing project sites. This includes overseeing installations such as HT/LT, panels, wiring, lighting, DBs, fire alarm, PA system, smoke detector, and lights fixture installations. You will also be in charge of maintaining detailed records in Excel for material consumption, billing status, and site progress, as well as tracking electrical work schedules and reporting progress to the project manager. Additionally, you will prepare and present Excel-based MIS, progress reports, and cost control sheets while ensuring compliance with safety norms, IS codes, and electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installations at group housing project sites.
- Maintain detailed records in Excel for material consumption, billing status, and site progress.
- Track electrical work schedules and report progress to the project manager.
- Prepare and present Excel-based MIS, progress reports, and cost control sheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, IS codes, and electrical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in electrical execution for group housing or residential townships.
- Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards).
- Good knowledge of billing formats, rate analysis, and site documentation.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and manage onsite teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:
- Experience with real estate developers or electrical contractors in group housing.

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000/-
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
