HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its IT Team . We are looking to fill the IT Security Manager position based in Ahmedabad .

Position/Profile Title: IT Security Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10-15 years

Essential Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are preferred

Essential Area of Expertise:

- Hands-on exp in Network security experience Firewalls, WAF, IPS, IDS, log analysis
- Hands-on exp Data Security experience MFA, CASB, DLP, Intune etc
- Hands-on exp Preventive/Detective security tools SIEM, xDR, EDR etc
- SOC/Security Incident Management experience
- Solid understanding of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection

Desired Area of Expertise:

- Computer network penetration techniques.
- Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
- Manage network vulnerability activities.
- Patch management
- ISO 27001 Framework

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Security Strategy & Governance Define and enforce IT security policies, align with business goals.
- Risk Management & Compliance Conduct risk assessments, ensure ISO/GDPR/HIPAA compliance, manage audits.
- Incident Response & Threat Management Handle security incidents, implement threat detection, maintain DR/BCP.
- Security Architecture & Tools Deploy firewalls, SIEM, antivirus;
integrate security in system design.
- Training & Awareness Run employee awareness programs, build cybersecurity culture.
- Vendor & Third-Party Oversight Assess vendor security, ensure secure system integration.
