Plumbing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Engineer to handle the design, installation, and execution of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing works are completed as per design standards, specifications, and site requirements within the given timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret plumbing drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates for plumbing works.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all plumbing systems comply with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor site execution, ensuring quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and material approvals.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing design, water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with pumps, valves, sanitary fixtures, and water treatment systems.
• Good understanding of firefighting and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Exposure to MEP coordination and interdisciplinary project work.
• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable plumbing practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
