Our client, a prestigious global management consultancy, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Strategy Consultant to join their dynamic, remote-first advisory team. Responsibilities: Lead client engagements focused on digital strategy, business transformation, and operational improvement. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify strategic opportunities. Develop compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps for digital initiatives. Advise senior executives on technology adoption, process optimization, and organizational change. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and build consensus. Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth. Develop and present clear, concise, and persuasive recommendations to client leadership. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client relationships effectively. Contribute to the firm's thought leadership by developing insights and best practices. Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice. Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic advisory role, with a focus on digital transformation. Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for large organizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent understanding of digital technologies such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships independently in a remote setting. Experience in specific industries (e.g., Finance, Retail, Healthcare) is a plus. Proficiency in financial analysis and business modeling tools. Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative work ethic.
