Technical Content Writer

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and versatile Content Writer & PR Specialist to join our team at Renee Cosmetics. This dual-role position combines creative content creation with public relations efforts, focusing on our color cosmetics line. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for beauty, strong writing skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with media and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
• Develop engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling product descriptions, promotional copy, and editorial articles that highlight our brand’s unique value propositions.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and visual storytelling elements, to enhance engagement.

Public Relations:
• Manage media relations and develop press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, and media kits.
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, bloggers, and influencers to secure product placements and reviews.
• Coordinate PR campaigns and events, including product launches, trade shows, and influencer partnerships.

Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and PR strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand visibility.

Brand Storytelling:
• Craft compelling narratives that reflect the brand’s identity and mission, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Work closely with the design team to create cohesive visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.

Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze content and PR campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing and public relations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content writing and public relations, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples, including blogs, press releases, and promotional content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and social media management tools.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for color cosmetics and a solid understanding of current beauty trends.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer with strong B2B writing expertise in blockchain, AI/ML, mobile app development, and website development domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, write, and edit blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, website copy, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging technical content.
• Simplify complex technical topics (AI/ML, blockchain, SaaS, mobile apps, software development, etc.) into easy-to-understand content.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ content strategies.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.Work with the marketing team to create technical collateral for campaigns, social media, and newsletters.

Requirements
• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer in IT, software, or technology domains.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs; familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of blockchain, AI/ML, cloud computing, SaaS, or app/web development will be an advantage.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
• Experience writing case studies for SaaS or IT services.
