Job Profile- D2H Last Mile Delivery Lead
Job Location-Bhopal
Qualification-Graduate and above
Experience-3-5 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/logistics companies.
Salary-30-40k per month
Working Hours: 4 am to 12 noon
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Sourcing, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
2.Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
3.Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
4.MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
1.3-5 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/logistics companies.
2.Education: Graduate and aboveTeam management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
3.Must take ownership as milk delivery is a 365 day operational work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
