Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.Lead HVAC Technician - Critical InfrastructureOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of critical HVAC systems for major infrastructure projects in Delhi, Delhi, IN . This role demands a hands-on approach combined with strong leadership capabilities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of complex environmental control systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing intricate technical issues, performing advanced repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and leading a team of skilled technicians. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various HVAC components, refrigeration cycles, and control systems, along with a proven track record in troubleshooting and problem-solving in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct a team of HVAC technicians in performing installation, maintenance, and repair duties. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and VAV systems. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment to ensure operational efficiency and longevity. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system layouts and requirements. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to HVAC operations. Manage spare parts inventory and equipment calibration schedules. Conduct regular site inspections and performance assessments of HVAC systems. Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians. Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of taskThe successful candidate must possess a vocational degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role, is required. Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and DDC controls is essential. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment is a must. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage a team and interact with clients. The ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and on-call duties, is also required for this role located in Delhi, Delhi, IN .
