Job Description
The General Manager – Sales will lead and build the India sales and service operations for a global manufacturing company. The role carries end-to-end responsibility across new equipment sales, aftermarkets and service sales, operations, team leadership, and P&L management.
• Lead India operations with full commercial, service, and technical accountability.
• Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities with shipyards, vessel owners, and operators.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for India across both newbuilding and after-sales service segments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely support and promoting service offerings.
