We run autoposting.ai (LinkedIn automation) and seoengine.ai (AI-powered SEO). Both products are growing fast. We need someone who can accelerate that growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Own growth experiments across multiple channels (SEO, content, partnerships, communities, paid ads)
• Research competitors, identify gaps, execute strategies without hand-holding
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to 10x your output - write copy, analyze data, automate workflows
• Launch campaigns end-to-end: ideate → plan → create → distribute → measure → optimize
• Build repeatable systems that scale, not one-off tactical wins
• Report weekly on metrics that matter: signups, conversions, revenue impact
