International Non-Voice Customer Support (Chat/Email) – Work From Office, Jaipur | PAN India Hiring
We are hiring for our International Non-Voice (Chat & Email) Customer Support team.
Candidates can apply from any city in India. Relocation support is provided.
Position Details
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice / Chat / Email
Process: International Customer Support
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹37,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Hiring From: PAN India – All States & Cities
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via chat and email
• Maintain accurate, clear, and professional written communication in English
• Identify and resolve issues within defined timelines
• Follow quality and productivity guidelines
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvement
Eligibility
• Excellent written English (required)
• Undergraduates & Graduates eligible
• Typing speed: 30 WPM preferred
• Freshers/Experienced both can apply
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
