Assess trainee performance continuously, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and operational effectiveness.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, progress reports, and certification documentation for all participants.
Ensure all training activities adhere strictly to safety protocols and legal regulations, promoting a secure learning environment.
Collaborate with other instructors and operational staff to develop innovative training methods that reflect current tactical standards.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure all training gear is maintained in optimal condition for safe use.
Stay updated on the latest combat techniques, military tactics, and instructional methodologies through ongoing professional development.
Skills

Proven experience in combat training or military instruction with a strong understanding of tactical operations.

Strong organizational skills for planning detailed training schedules and maintaining accurate records.
