About the role

Provide confidential administrative, reception, and clerical support across clinical areas within the Women's and Babies Division. Report to the Administrative Manager and support staff with bookings, records, correspondence, and patient enquiries while maintaining high-quality service.

Key duties of the role

Deliver reception and telephone support with strong customer focus
Manage patient records, correspondence, and secure filing systems
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and admissions accurately
Process data entry, clinical documents, and office correspondence
Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of office systems
Skills and Experience

Experience in administration or customer service (2+ years)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High-level proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
Knowledge of customer service principles and office systems
