Casual Customer Service Representative - Gym and Retail

Position Purpose

The Customer Service Representative is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration

Previous Customer Service / Retail experience 
Passionate about Health & Fitness and hitting sales targets  
Must be 18 years of age  
Unlimited Working Rights  
Driver license  
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)  
Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)  
Position Overview

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly
Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets  
Demonstrate Strong understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings
Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages
Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations
Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records
Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
