RTO Administration Officer - Toowoomba

Australian Trade Training College Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a variety of trade qualifications to students in VET in Schools Programs, Traineeship and Apprenticeship training, and Short Courses. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and passionate RTO Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. An opportunity exists for an experienced RTO Administrator to join our quality focused team, delivering a high standard of customer service to external and internal stakeholders.

In this role you will:

Assist in the administration processes including student data and file management
Delivery of quality customer service and problem solving
Provision of Enrolment assistance to Employers and Apprentices
Accurate administration of Enrolments and internal processes
Assist with student support and progression reporting
Management of work priorities and provision of team support
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry to our Student Management System (aXcelerate)
Provide superior and efficient administrative support to students, employers, trainers and other stakeholders
To be successful you will have:

Previous experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within a similar role (desirable)
Strong administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills
Proven record of accomplishment in building great relationships and assisting clients with positive enthusiasm
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students and provide clear and concise information
Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Intermediate MS Office Skills and RTO SMS experience would be highly regarded
