About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in Paget, QLD.

This role provides essential support to both our workshop and office teams, helping with day-to-day admin, documentation, and coordination tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support across departments

Process and maintain timesheets and payroll information accurately

Assist with purchase orders, job cards, and invoicing

Support scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting coordination

Maintain accurate records, registers, and reports

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and visitors

Assist with safety and compliance documentation as required

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or payroll support role (engineering, mining, or manufacturing background highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A confident communicator and team player

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
