Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing CNC programs for machining processes, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring product accuracy and efficiency. Daily tasks include setting up and operating CNC machines, troubleshooting machining issues, and collaborating with team members to enhance production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications
• Experience with CNC Programming and general Programming skills for efficient and precise machine operations
• Proficiency in interpreting and working with Technical Drawings to ensure adherence to product specifications
• Expertise in Machining and Milling techniques to produce high-quality components
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing is advantageous
• Prior experience in the refrigeration or air conditioning industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field is desirable
