Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Financial Management
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure accurate filing of tax returns and maintain proper documentation for audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budgetary controls and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Payroll Management
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Manage employee reimbursements and other financial claims.
• Vendor & Client Coordination
• Process vendor payments and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
• Audit Support
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Reporting
• Generate periodic financial reports for senior management.
• Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant Executive or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or contracting company will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams.
• Strong knowledge of using AI tools like ChaGPT, Gemini etc

Preferred Skills
• Experience in Real Estate, HVAC, MEP contracting, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project accounting.
