Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in security and contribute to a dynamic team? Look no further! ISS is thrilled to announce openings for Security Guards join our expanding team due to exciting growth in our global organisation.
We are seeking Security Guards to join our ISS Security team in Western Sydney employed on a Casual, Part Time or Full Time basis.
What You'll Be Doing:
Patrol industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring safety and security at all times
Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
Report activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Collaborate with emergency services, ensuring a swift and coordinated response in times of need
Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property, creating a safe and welcoming environment
Efficiently manage vehicle movements both inwards and outwards, maintaining traffic flow and security
Minimum Criteria:
Previous experience in Security Guarding
Hold a valid New South Wales Security Licence
Have a clean criminal record
Ability to work alone and in a team environment
Display excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
Display common sense & initiative
