Motion & Digital Content Designer

We're on the hunt for a Motion & Digital Content Designer who's passionate about visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is excited to produce impactful content across multiple digital platforms.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, you will conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality motion and digital assets that support brand campaigns, product launches, social media, eCommerce, and in-store content. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure our content is modern, engaging, and aligned with the Fantastic brand.
What You'll Be Doing
Create engaging motion graphics, video content, animations, and digital assets for use across social, web, eDM, online advertising, and in-store displays.
Contribute to integrated brand and marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution.
Optimise and manage content across multiple channels to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
Produce POS and in-store messaging that supports customer experience and brand storytelling.
Stay across digital trends, new creative tools, and emerging technologies.
Work collaboratively with marketing, product, retail operations, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in digital content creation, motion design, or multimedia production.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of animation, video editing, colour grading and audio post-production.
Experience creating social-first video content and assets tailored for different digital platforms.
Ability to interpret marketing/advertising briefs and deliver work that meets both business and customer needs.
Highly creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and basic UX principles is highly regarded.
Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or agency environments is desirable.
