Job Summary
Duckin Wreck is a Houston-based reality talk-show and conflict-resolution platform blending high-drama storytelling, confessionals, and controlled physical challenges. We are forming a founding team of partners who want ownership, long-term upside, and real creative influence.
This is not a day-rate production job. This is startup-style equity (ownership) for someone who wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
Duties
Oversee the entire film production process, including filming, editing, and post-production workflows
Operate and manage filming equipment to capture high-quality footage
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software to craft compelling visual stories
Enhance visuals through color correction and photo editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Create motion graphics and visual effects utilizing Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite tools
Coordinate with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Manage digital assets, organize footage, and maintain a streamlined workflow for efficient production
Assist in photography and videography tasks to support various media projects
Prepare final deliverables optimized for different platforms and formats
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign
Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere
Strong knowledge of filming techniques and videography best practices
Skilled in post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects
Ability to operate professional filming equipment effectively
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling excellence
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
This role is open to anyone whether you're very experienced or just beginning
Pay: $44,939.49 - $54,120.68 per year
Work Location: In person
