Creative Video Lead

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the planning, filming, lighting, and editing of THM video and audio content (including podcasts, online courses, ads, and more)


? Collaborate with founders, content creators, and marketing to bring THM’s vision to life across digital platforms


? Build and manage production calendars, shoot lists, and equipment logistics


? Provide on-set direction and support for shoots across various formats


? Deliver clear, beautiful, brand-aligned content on time and within budget


? Train and mentor junior video team members or freelancers


? Offer creative input on visual storytelling, pacing, framing, lighting, and tone


? Stay on top of trends in video, social content, storytelling, and editing styles


? Maintain and organize video equipment and production files


Requirements:
Who You Are:
? Exceptionally creative and passionate about storytelling, health, and family values


? Comfortable directing on set and leading the creative process from concept to delivery


? Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management


? A collaborative teammate who can both lead and listen


? Familiar with the THM brand or excited to dive deep into it


Skills & Experience:
? 5+ years in video production, creative direction, or content leadership


? Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar


? Strong experience in lighting, filming (DSLR/mirrorless), audio capture, and editing


? Basic podcast production knowledge a plus


? Knowledge of brand-building through content especially for women/mom-centered audiences
