Service Plumber

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber to join our family-based company where you are not just an employee. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and repair projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely
Conduct system inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project timelines are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Assist with remodeling projects that may include carpentry or maintenance person tasks as needed
Read schematics and technical manuals related to plumbing systems when required
Perform basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, and material estimates
Skills

Proven experience in construction plumbing, service work, or related fields
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, schematics, and blueprint reading
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, etc.
Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of piping systems and layout design
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Experience with carpentry or remodeling projects is advantageous
Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Valid driver’s license (required) for position
Bad driving records or felons need not apply

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
