Lead Service Plumber

About the Role

As our Lead Plumbing & Sewer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing and sewer systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You will serve as the primary field expert, ensuring that every job is completed with quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing and sewer service, repairs, replacements, and installations
Diagnose and solve plumbing/sewer issues efficiently and accurately
Operate sewer equipment (jetters, cameras, locators, etc.)
Execute drain cleaning and sewer line repairs
Provide professional recommendations and clear communication to customers
Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company procedures
Lead jobs independently and/or oversee assistants or apprentices
Ensure compliance with all safety and code regulations
Represent the company with professionalism on every job site
Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years professional plumbing/sewer experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Experience with sewer machines, jetters, and camera equipment
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of performing plumbing work (lifting, digging, crawling, etc.)
Relevant licenses or certifications preferred (but not required depending on state)
Dot Gas Qualification preferred or willing to train
