We’re looking for the one who’s been quietly dreaming of doing things their way. The one who knows they’ve got the skill and leadership to build a team — and maybe even a legacy — but hasn’t had the capital, time, or business support to make it happen.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Act as the licensed authority overseeing plumbing operations.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and standards.
Provide guidance and oversight to plumbing teams on-site.
Review and approve plumbing plans, installations, and repairs.
Maintain the integrity and quality of plumbing work in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements

Valid and current master plumber license.
Extensive experience in plumbing, drains and excavation.
Thorough understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000
Bonuses: Based on performance, reviews, and profitability
