## Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting techniques and be familiar with a variety of tools and equipment used in the manufacturing industry.

## Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed

- Apply paint using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing

- Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors

- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

- Assist with other tasks such as welding, fabricating, assembling, and operating machinery as needed

## Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial painting or auto painting

- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment commonly used in manufacturing settings

- Knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Experience with forklift operation is a plus

- Proficiency in using a gantry for lifting heavy materials is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
