Proper Painting is searching for experienced painters who are ready to step into leadership roles and help us grow. What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 18 months of professional interior and exterior painting experience
Strong alignment with our core values: Integrity, Attitude, Hard Work, and Teamwork
Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients
Experience with:

Interior & exterior residential/commercial painting
Pressure washing, caulking, scraping, sanding, and priming
Drywall and plaster repair (preferred)
Lift operation (preferred)
Carpentry (a plus)
About the Work:

Residential projects: interiors (two-story foyers, vaulted ceilings, cabinets), and exteriors
Commercial projects: car dealerships, warehouses, and mixed-use buildings
Prep work: cleaning, masking, scraping, sanding, drywall repair, caulking, priming
Application: brushing, rolling, and spraying (Festool equipment experience a plus)
What It Takes to Succeed:

Ability to work independently with little supervision
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable on ladders and scaffolding
Valid driver’s license (non-restricted)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-first mindset
Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
