We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Mix colors and match paint according to specifications and color theory principles.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, ensuring that painting aligns with overall design goals.
Utilize power tools effectively for tasks such as drywall installation or concrete finishing as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace on construction sites.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of maintenance person skills related to building and renovating structures.
Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings is essential.
Knowledge of color theory and application techniques for achieving desired finishes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
