Compensation: $20-$35/hr (DOE)
Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in quality workmanship and professionalism? We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented painters to join our growing team and deliver top-quality results for our clients.
Who You Are
You take pride in your craft and care about doing the job right.
You're punctual, respectful, and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
You have experience with interior and exterior residential or commercial painting.
You work well independently or as part of a team.
You value honesty, reliability, and clear communication with clients and teammates.
You have your own vehicle, basic tools, and are comfortable representing a professional painting company on-site.
Preferred spray experience, drywall repair and leadership skills.
What You'll Do
Perform prep work, masking, priming, and painting with attention to detail.
Complete residential and commercial repaints, trim, ceilings, doors, railings, cabinets, and more.
Follow company safety standards and quality control processes.
Communicate clearly with project managers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and workspace.
