Media Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is organized, diligent, and has a keen sense for attention to detail. Must be socially savvy on all platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, & YouTube. Familiar with video editing software such as CapCut & Adobe Premiere. Possess automation skills or willing to learn. Skilled in high quality audiovisual technology. Can work independently and with little to no direction.

Be familiar with Win Athletics Mission and Brand Identity
Curate Engaging Content such as videos, articles, and press releases.
Understand basic marketing concepts.
$16.50 - $20 an hour

Content Creation Intern

The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for media and a nack for storytelling. This candidate wants to improve their expertise and gain experience in the content creation space. Students are encouraged to apply.

Capture photos, videos, and audio
Curate high quality content for production
Internship

Community Recruiter

The ideal candidate for this position is an extrovert who is not fearful of rejection. Extremely personable and genuinely likable. An attractive personality with great articulation ability. Interested in sales or developing as an entrepreneur.

Recruit Community Partners and Local Leaders.
Generate program participant leads and support members through sign up process.
Recruit participants door to door, at events, or community facilities.

Basketball Coach

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a keen attention to detail. One who possesses a natural ability to lead and make great decisions. At Win we pride ourselves on being the best on and off the court. Coaches are required to be outstanding citizens and mentor who lead with excellence. As the face of our programs coaches are trained and held to the highest standards. Coaches will have numerous opportunities to improve and develop leadership skills as well as the skills needed to produce, train, recruit, develop, and sustain high level basketball programs. Must be a self-starter, a team players, and an outstanding leader.

Basketball Official

The ideal candidate for this title is a professional in every sense of the word. On time, extremely prepared, confident, and capable under pressure. All Win Officials are expected to uphold the highest standard of professionalism and integrity and are expected to be in shape, trained, and fit for duty.

Be punctual and prepared to officiate Win League Games.
Be knowledgeable of the sports you are officiating
Respect engage with coaches, players, parents, and community, members.
Based on experience

Run Club Leader

The ideal candidate is a runner and enjoys connecting with others. Enjoys being social, keeping and organized schedule, and leading by example. Is in good physical condition and loves to run.

Lead groups of individuals on runs and through light mobility activities
Develop conditioning and cardio in youth athletes.
Connect with parents, recruit participants, cultivate a positive environment.
Volunteer Position

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
