Snap Fitness 24/7 Hockessin – Hockessin, Delaware
Part-Time Position | 10–20 hours/week | Flexible hours | $20 per Hour | In-club role with hybrid option after 1 year.
Snap Fitness 24/7 Hockessin is looking for a creative, reliable, and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our brand, grow our online community, and showcase the energy inside our newly renovated club. This role is perfect for someone who is a creator first, marketer second—someone who sees the world through the lens of storytelling, humor, and compelling short-form content.
You will work directly with the Owner to shape our brand voice, develop engaging content, and execute our marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do: You’ll be the creative engine behind our digital presence.
Content Creation:
Film and photograph gym activity, equipment, member spotlights, and events
Capture high-quality images and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok
Design parody-style branded visuals (e.g., Monster Energy-inspired, Zyn-style Snap Fitness stickers, meme templates)
Engage with trending templates, formats, memes, and audio to create culturally relevant content
Edit reels, stories, graphics, flyers, and ads
Keep content fun, bold, and aligned with our Hockessin-specific brand tone
Marketing, Strategy, & Growth: Plan and schedule content using Digital Stack.
Study social media algorithms and understand that content isn’t just about posting but it’s about timing, hooks, watch time, retention, and engagement metrics
Identify growth opportunities using trends, insights, A/B testing, and analytics
Create flyers, branded graphics, and promotional materials
Support paid advertising and campaign planning
Contribute to high-impact projects (e.g., Best of Delaware 2026 push, merchandise launches, gym events)
Brand Representation:
Capture authentic community moments reflecting our values: honesty, transparency, affordability, results
Highlight new equipment, renovations, community events, classes, and milestones
Support local engagement with creative storytelling and strong visual content
Collaboration:
Work directly with the Owner to align content with business goals
Pitch new ideas, concepts, and trends
Help shape the evolving identity of Snap Fitness Hockessin through creative experimentation and parody branding
Requirements:
Strong experience in short-form content creation (reels, memes, photography, edits)
A creator-first mindset: you think in visuals, hooks, and ideas—not corporate marketing jargon
Understanding of algorithms, trends, watch time, retention, thumbnails, and engagement metrics
Preferred: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)
Preferred: CapCut (video editing and trending templates)
Preferred: Photography experience (portraits, action shots, gym content)
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads
Ability to work independently and capture content inside a gym environment
Good communication, reliability, and a positive attitude
Schedule:
10–20 hours per week
Mostly in-person at Snap Fitness Hockessin
Hybrid option available after 1 year of consistent performance
(remote editing + planning allowed; filming must be done in-gym)
