Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Production Coordinator to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and post-production of multimedia content across various platforms. Your energetic approach will ensure that all media projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with our brand vision. Coordinate all phases of media projects, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Manage filming schedules, organize shoots, and oversee on-set activities to capture high-quality footage and photographs.
Operate professional filming equipment and cameras to produce engaging video content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, applying creative techniques in post-production to enhance storytelling.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools—including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign—to create compelling visual assets for campaigns and presentations.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and other creative team members to ensure cohesive content output.
Maintain organized media libraries, manage digital assets efficiently, and ensure all content complies with branding guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, photography, and editing techniques to continually elevate the quality of media outputs.
Support the development of new concepts for multimedia campaigns by brainstorming innovative ideas aligned with strategic goals.
Ensure all media equipment is properly maintained and prepared for shoots or editing sessions.


Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro is essential for creating polished content.
Strong knowledge of photography principles with hands-on experience in shooting high-quality images using professional cameras.
Expertise in post-production techniques including color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Skilled in photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for retouching and enhancing images.
Familiarity with graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for creating visual assets and layouts.
Experience filming in various environments with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through videography.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a creative team and coordinate with stakeholders.
