Job Description

Mandatory Requirements:

Be able to be on site (33 King St. W, Oshawa) 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, regular working hours) and must have previous hands-on experience with imageON
MUST HAVES

- ImageOn experience

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to create test plans, test strategy, test cases, execute, monitor and track testing status for ImageOn

Technical Skills:

Knowledge and experience on
- ImageOn experience

- MS Windows 10 and 11 (recent builds) Deployment and Troubleshooting

- MS Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2019, Active Directory and Troubleshooting

- MS SQL Server 2012 2016 Management Studio

Be able to do MS Windows PowerShell scripting, MS VB Scripting
Knowledge and experience on ticketing and work queue management
Knowledge and experience on file transfer protocols
Knowledge of network, firewalls
Basic infrastructure knowledge, including fax, server, mainframe, lighting, HVAC, etc.
Knowledge of change/enhancement/release management
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour

ImageOn : 3 years (required)
Work Location: In person
