You're busy and all the job postings sound the same, so we will keep this simple. We are hiring a few drivers. If, after reading this, you are interested and qualified, let’s talk.


HOME EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEKEND: There is occasional weekend work, but it is almost always voluntary.
DRIVER PAY: Our drivers are currently paid 30% of the load all in, no games, we don’t subtract fuel and other misc. stuff like a lot of companies do.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 1st Shift starts as early as 3:30.
PAID WEEKLY: Direct deposit. Our drivers are paid W-2 wages, not as subcontractors.

NOTE: Our yard is on the west-central side of Fort Wayne.

Compensation:
$1,500 per week

Responsibilities:
Compile any delivery-related paperwork or reports that are required
Assure customer satisfaction by interacting with them in a polite and professional manner
Reasonable flexibility as we work together to service our customers and optimize revenue for all drivers on the team
Follow DOT, FMCSA, and Local regulations as you drive our trucks and service our customers
Attention to detail - safety, truck condition, driving, etc
Qualifications:
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
3 years of CDL Class A driving experience and a clean driving record
53' Dry Van experience
Experience driving a manual transmission
Meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements

HELPFUL/PREFERRED:

Mechanical skills – someone who can help problem solve, do minor repairs, and perform preventative maintenance
Drivers who are willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift for one or a few weeks as needed
