Join our dynamic delivery team as a Delivery Driver Helper and be a vital part of bringing essential goods directly to our customers’ doors! You’ll assist with loading, unloading, and navigating routes while providing excellent customer service. Duties

Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from box trucks or commercial vehicles using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks.
Support route driving by helping to organize deliveries efficiently and safely, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations
Help with installation of household appliances such as washers and dryers, refrigerators, etc
Interact courteously with customers during drop-offs, answering basic questions and ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing supplies, or preparing shipments for delivery
Support the driver in load & unload activities at each stop, ensuring all packages are delivered accurately and securely
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Experience with minor installs of refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other appliances.
Ability to operate box trucks and manual transmission vehicles safely and
Physical strength and stamina for lifting, moving items, and performing manual tasks throughout the day
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driver experience preferred but not essential
