Promotional Art and Poster Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Game Marketing & Poster Designer) to create visually stunning promotional artwork and in-game posters optimized for different screen resolutions.

Job Responsibilities

· Design high-quality promotional posters, banners, and marketing materials using rendered character images.

· Create visually appealing backgrounds, typography, and effects to enhance promotional assets.

· Adapt posters into multiple resolutions for different platforms, including mobile, tablet, and various screen aspect ratios for in-game display.

· Ensure all promotional assets align with the game's branding and theme while maintaining consistency across different devices.

· Work closely with 3D Character Pose & Render Artists to integrate character renders into polished marketing visuals.

· Design storefront assets (Google Play, App Store), website banners, in-game event graphics, and social media content.

· Utilize AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency and creativity.

· Optimize designs for various screen sizes, aspect ratios, and resolutions, ensuring clarity and quality on different devices (phones, tablets, PC screens, and console UI elements).

· Stay updated on industry trends in game marketing, poster design, and promotional artwork.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Visual Designer, or similar role in gaming or entertainment.

· Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.

· Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory for impactful marketing designs.

· Experience in designing for multiple screen resolutions , including mobile, tablet, and in-game UI elements.

· Ability to create eye-catching, high-quality visual assets that engage players .

· Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for faster asset creation.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with 3D artists and marketing teams .

Preferred Skills

· Experience in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for animated promotional materials.

· Understanding of game branding and digital marketing strategies .

· Knowledge of UI/UX principles for designing in-game event banners and marketing visuals .

· Passion for gaming, design, and interactive storytelling.
