Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have worked in an IT company and be comfortable promoting apps/software while coordinating with international influencers. Strong English communication is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and monthly content calendars.
• Find and coordinate with foreign influencers and guide them for app promotion content.
• Review and approve influencer-generated content.
• Track performance analytics and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media and influencer marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
• Experience in an IT company (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.
• Coordination and communication skills, especially with international creators.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or content scheduling tools is a plus.

Preferred (Good to Have):
• Experience with paid promotions or influencer campaigns.
• Knowledge of reel trends and social content strategies.
