System related competencies required:
• Education: B.E. Mechanical / Production or Industrial Engineer with 4 years’ experience,
• Age : 25 to 40 years and only Married Candidate
• Residence: Must be belonging to Ahmedabad or will be willing stay permanently in Ahmedabad.
• Designation: Sr. Engineer / Engineer (Production, Planning and Control).
• Reporting to:, Plant Head, Zeeta Electricals Engineering Private Limited, Moraiya, Ahmedabad-382213.

Technical Competencies required:
• Must be having knowledge of manufacturing process, machines required to execute the processes, tools and fixtures required at each stage of manufacturing, calculating no. and depth of product processes on the machine, feed and speed, appropriate to each operation, and; types of finishing process necessary to complete manufacturing process necessary to achieve finished product.
• Must be able to make resource planning such as men, machines, and material, measuring instruments, establish methods, tools, drawing, energy, air, environment, other consumables and packing materials etc.
• Make planning depending upon the customer needs and expectations, demand forecast, capacity planning and time available to deliver product as per schedule.
• Make thorough planning considering the supply chain from raw material from suppliers to delivery to Customers, and considering stocks available at Suppliers end, Inventory in-stores, Work in Process and Finished goods.
• Consider while planning the probabilities of risk such as breakdown, quality failures, and capacity constrain, bottleneck, holidays, absenteeism, strike, uncertainty of environment and emergency exigencies.
System related competencies required:
• Knowledge of ERP or SAP.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel is must
• Familiar with using 7 QC tools
• Making Bottlenoses Analysis
• Monitoring and measuring performance,
• Use FIFO, Kanban and Just In Time Lean Tools
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS and IATF 16949:2016
• 5S and TPM
