Overview

We are expanding our marketing and promotions team in the Evanston area and are seeking an entry-level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and in-store promotional activities. Full training provided; no experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating and supporting retail-based promotions
Engage with customers and provide basic product/service information
Help set up promotional displays and branded materials
Track daily interactions and event results
Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in fast-paced settings
Positive, reliable, and professional
Willing to learn marketing and promotional techniques
No prior experience required; training provided
