Job Type: Full-Time | Office Work | International Voice Process
Location: Work From Nagpur Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities As BPO jobs in Nagpur:
• Lead and manage telemarketing projects including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification
• Handle inbound and outbound calls across B2B and B2C channels
• Deliver excellent customer support via calls, emails, and live chat
• Exceed daily performance metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate remotely and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Candidate Requirements to Apply Call Center Executive Job in Nagpur
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be under 40 years of age
• Proven track record in telemarketing and customer service
