Job Description
As our Clinical Lead – Pain, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership in shaping service delivery, mentoring a high-performing team, and driving best-practice care for clients navigating complex pain journeys.
You’ll form part of the regional Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Team Lead and Regional Manager to champion excellence, uphold our values, and foster a strong, positive team culture.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Pain Service Lead, other Clinical Leads across the country, and the Regional Manager to ensure delivery of a high quality and efficient Pain Management Service
Provide clinical support and mentoring for the region's multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, dieticians, and social worker.
Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services
Managing a clinical caseload while ensuring high-quality and integrated service delivery
Build positive relationships with all stakeholders
Collaborate and deliver new projects and initiatives
