Conneqt is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a customer service role within its BPM/BPO department. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an opportunity to provide excellent service to customers. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, with competitive compensation and incentives.

Qualifications / Requirements

High School Certificate (HSC) or above.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in Viman Nagar, Pune.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
